Start by taking the mini-rake of the multireflex tool nº219. With extreme delicacy, make about fifty passes radiating from the center of the stain or beauty spot outwards.
The goal is to gently stimulate the area, without heating it, to prepare it for the rest of the treatment.
This step is essential and should always be the first in your routine.
Working the area in depth
If the stain or beauty spot allows (if it is not raised), use the yin roller of the Yin-yang roller nº206. This roller, equipped with soft stainless steel miniprongs, is ideal for deep work.
Make very light back-and-forth movements on the area for about two minutes.
If the area is sensitive, focus on the contour instead.
